In stock orders are shipped out within 1 -2 business days after we receive your order Monday - Friday. Please indicate the date you need it. Also take into consideration that packages may be delivered up to 8:00pm your local time. Items labeled Special Order or (SO) may have extra processing time and are subject to availability.
The costume industry Standard has always been that there are no returns or exchanges due to the nature of the business. However, because of the fact that our items are bought over the Internet, cannot be tried on ahead of time and are bought site unseen, we have developed the following return and exchange policy for customer service purposes. Of course, we hope that you are happy with your selection. Costumes are meant to be fun and to have fun in. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, our return policy is as follows:
A Return Authorization Number is needed for any returns shipped back to us. Make sure to read the return policy below before ordering and try on the costume as soon as you receive it.
Please Note: Costume styles, colors & accessories are subject to change. We here at Extreme Halloween do not make the costumes, so we do not have control over these changes that the manufacturers sometimes make. We are doing our best to keep our site descriptions and pictures as up to date and accurate as possible.
HALLOWEEN CANCELLATION POLICY: During our busy season (September & October), once an order is placed it starts an automated process and cannot be canceled. If you have placed an order and decided that you no longer want it, you will have to wait until you receive it, obtain a return authorization number from our returns web page and ship the item back to Extreme Halloween, Inc. The 15% restocking fee will still apply. We apologize for any inconvenience.
| FOR RETURNS: Visit our returns web page where you will find your return authorization code that must be written prominently on the package returned. Returned merchandise must be in new condition in the original packaging. All returns must be postmarked within 5 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed for all returned merchandise and any packages returned to us with an improper address provided by the customer. No returns for orders placed between October 15th and November 3rd, 2007. Refunds are for merchandise only, shipping charges are not refunded. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. A refund will be posted to the original card you used within 14 days after we have received the returned package. If you paid by check or money order, a check will be mailed to you. All refunds are subject to inspection and will be issued at Extreme Halloween's discretion only. Unauthorized returns will be refused with no credit or will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. This includes packages refused without authorization. The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: Magic, Makeup, Wigs, Beards, Mustaches, Socks, Tights, Shoes*, Boots*, Novelty Teeth, Fangs and items marked Special Order or labeled (SO). *Shoes & boots may be exchanged for size only. |
FOR EXCHANGES: Visit our returns web page where you will find an exchange authorization code that must be written prominently on the package returned. Place a new order for the new merchandise you need to replace what you would like to send back. Please be aware that it is up to you to place a new order to replace your original order. Especially during Halloween time, if we wait until after we receive your return, the product may be sold out. Your return package must be post marked within 5 days of delivery and must be in new condition in the original packaging. You may exchange for the same item or other merchandise of equal or greater value. Refunds are for merchandise only, shipping charges are not refunded. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. A refund will be posted to the original card you used within 14 days after we have received the returned package. Extreme Halloween is not responsible if the item you are trying to purchase for an exchange is out of stock; in that case, the return policy will still apply. Exchanges are allowed all year and are not subject to a restocking fee. Extreme Halloween will make every effort to ship your order in a timely manner. If an order is time sensitive, the customer must tell Extreme Halloween the date that the item is needed. However, Extreme Halloween will not be held responsible for late deliveries by any freight carrier. Once packages are shipped from our warehouses, Extreme Halloween, Inc. no longer has control over the package and the party receiving the delivery takes over responsibility of the package at that time. APO and FPO deliveries must allow at least 15 days for delivery. International deliveries must take into consideration that we have no control over customs delays or delays in another country.
All charges labeled as "shipping" are to mean the shipping and handling fee. Upon purchase, the customer assumes all liability in the use, misuse, or handling of any product and will not hold Extreme Halloween, Inc., employees or owners liable for any reason.
