PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL PACKAGES RETURNED TO US FOR ANY REASON MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. CERTAIN ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
IF YOU ARE MISSING PART OF YOUR COSTUME OR A PIECE OF SOMETHING, WE MAY BE ABLE TO REPLACE JUST THAT PART WITHOUT YOU SENDING ANYTHING BACK TO US: CALL US OR EMAIL: costumes@anniescostumes.com.

| RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: If you are unhappy with your selection and would like to return it, here are 4 simple steps for returns: 1. Please make sure that it is in the original packaging and is in new/unworn condition. 2. Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of your receipt. 3. Write your return authorization number on the outside of the package you are returning. Your return authorization number is your customer number with the letters RA in front of the number. (Your customer number is found next to your name on the order form/receipt.) 4. Make sure to print out a return form, check the return box, fill out the information and place the form inside the box/package. The customer is responsible for the return shipping. You may send it via the carrier of your choice, we recommend sending it with tracking. When we receive the box back, we will credit your account* for the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are the responsiblity of the customer and are not refunded. All returns and credits are subject to the discretion of Extreme Halloween's Management. Unauthorized returns will be refused with no credit or will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. This includes packages refused without authorization. The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Magic, Makeup, Wigs, Beards, Mustaches, Socks, Tights, Shoes*,
Boots*, Novelty Teeth, Fangs and items marked Special Order
or labeled (SO). |
EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS: If you need to make an exchange for another size or another item of greater or equal value: Please make sure that the item you are sending back is in the original packaging and is in new/unworn condition. Exchanges must be postmarked within 5 days of your receipt. Shipping charges are the responsiblity of the customer and are not refunded All returns and credits are subject to the discretion of Extreme Halloween's Management. We are not responsible for items not in stock. If an exchange order was not made, there will be a 15% restocking fee |

in our merchandise and our shipping department.
But, we are all human here and mistakes do happen. If an item was
shipped in error or is defective,

We hope that you are happy with your purchase and our customer service department will make every attempt to resolve any problems. Extreme Halloween management will evaluate any defects or shipping errors; all refunds are subject to inspection and will be issued at Extreme Halloween's discretion only. If a return label is issued with the replacement costume and the defective/mis-shipped costume is not returned to Extreme Halloween in a timely manner the customer will then be charges for the second costume + shipping & return label fees.
* A credit is issued to the credit card you used to place the order originally or a refund check is sent if you sent us a check or money order.

HALLOWEEN CANCELLATION POLICY: During our busy season (September & October), once an order is placed it starts an automated process and can not be canceled. If you have placed an order and decided that you no longer want it, you will have to wait until you receive it, obtain a return authorization number from above and ship the item back to Extreme Halloween, Inc.. The 15% restocking fee will still apply. After October 15th, orders cannot be returned. We apologize for any inconvenience.
A.) All Magic Items - MAGIC ITEMS ( INCLUDING TRICKS, EFFECTS, ILLUSIONS,VIDEOS, AND BOOKS) CANNOT be returned or exchanged for any reason.
B.) SPECIAL ORDERS CANNOT be canceled, returned or exchanged. - This includes any item that we order especially for the customer and is listed on the web page as a SPECIAL ORDER OR (SO). All mascots are considered special orders.
C.) SHOES & BOOTS - All shoes are considered special orders. Shoes cannot be returned and shoe orders cannot be canceled once placed. Shoes may be exchanged for size only. We will allow exchanges for a different size of the same style shoe in the same color. If you need to exchange a shoe for size, you must call to receive a return authorization number and return instructions. This return authorization number must be prominently written on the outside of the box you ship back to us; and the return must be post marked within 4 business days of receipt. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
D.) Other items that CANNOT be returned: MAKEUP, WIGS, BEARDS, MUSTACHES, SOCKS, TIGHTS, AND NOVELTY TEETH. These are non -returnable because of sanitary and hygiene restrictions.
