EXPRESS SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping time estimates start the day the order is shipped, not the day the order is placed,

Most orders placed by 2pm EST are shipped the same business day.

Makeup products are special order and often have extra processing time before shipped, therefore Halloween delivery cannot be guaranteed for all makeup items. We will contact you if there is a problem.

During the month of October, there might be one day processing time before shipping, we do our best to get orders out the same business day they are placed.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping to APO & FPO addresses can take up to 15 days for delivery.

Please note that some mascots and special orders can have up to a 6 week delivery time. 
The delivery time frame is listed with each product individually.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed.

General Shipping Information:

Most orders do not need a signature to be delivered. The delivery driver will most likely leave packages at the front door if it is deemed safe. We cannot accommodate any special requests or instructions on where the delivery driver should leave a package. If you feel that a signature should be required for package delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order.

All charges labeled as "shipping" are to mean the shipping and handling fee. Completing an order on our shopping cart means that you agree to our terms, conditions and prices. Before calling or faxing, please review our policies. When you place an order with us over the phone, fax, e-mail or through the mail, you also agree to our terms, conditions and prices.

Only the card holder whose name appears on the card may use the card.

We can not process Credit Card orders without the correct billing address.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, the customer is responsible for a $10 address correction fee.Metamorphic eCommerce, Inc. cannot be held responsible for late deliveries because an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer.

If your billing or shipping address is in Florida, 6% state sales tax will be added to your order.

Please make sure to send us a physical street address only. (Sorry, no P. O. Boxes.)

We will make every effort to get your package delivered to you by the date you request using the shipping method you choose. However, Metamorphic eCommerce, Inc.cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping for any reason including carrier delays, weather, or situations beyond our control. Metamorphic eCommerce, Inc.  is not liable for any package once it has been picked up from our location by a shipping company.
